Tony’s goal in real estate is, and has always been, to identify opportunities in the marketplace and provide innovative solutions to fulfill the needs of the industry. Tony has been developing properties since the age of seventeen and has gained experience in all facets of the real estate industry. He has founded and continues to operate a number of businesses related to construction, outdoor media, and manufacturing.
Rocco Forgione

Rocco oversees all of the acquisition, planning and development projects for Rexton Developments. Drawing from his experience of more than thirty-five years, Rocco operates with unique insight into the real estate brokerage, development, construction, financing, and property management sectors.
Leda Lionessa
Senior Manager - Administrative Services
Leda is a results-oriented leader with more than twenty years experience in customer service and client relations. Specializing in innovative problem-solving and streamlining processes, Leda is an expert in optimizing workflow, and effective cost-control strategies. Prior to joining the Rexton team in 2014, Leda held various roles that served to develop her expertise in accounting, office, personnel and overall property management.
Robert Corridore
Marketing Manager
Robert is a seasoned marketing and advertising professional with more than twenty-five years of industry experience. Facilitating and supporting sales is what Robert knows best. In addition to managing a full-service creative team, including an in-house graphics department, Robert ensures that all communications are provided accurately and in a timely fashion.
Al Ruggero
RPP, MCIP, PLE, DIRECTOR OF LAND DEVELOPMENT FOR REXTON DEVELOPMENTS
Before joining the Rexton team, Al ran his own successful consulting practice, specializing in urban planning and land development. Al has represented both private and public sector clients across Ontario. He brings valuable expertise in the areas of municipal planning and project management that complement the skill-sets of Rexton’s management team.
